Don't Leave The Recruitment Agency Alone!

A recruitment agency is unlikely to work its hardest for you if you do not seem enthusiastic. As a recruitment agency will have many candidates, you need to make sure your name is firmly in the minds of recruiters whenever a job comes up that will be suited to your skills. Essentially, if the recruitment agency you are with isn't trying to get you off their back by getting you a job, you probably aren't keeping in contact with them enough.
It is important to keep searching for jobs under your own volition, though. Recruitment agencies can have better access to some specific jobs in their specialist field, but they will not necessarily be able to find all the available job opportunities out there for you. Keep searching using online tools and be sure to work on your applications before sending them in.
